Will the AI sound like AI?

No. We onboard you with a short voice-and-tone interview, capture how you actually talk, and the AI matches it. Most clients say their team can't tell which DMs are AI and which are them.

What if the AI gets a question wrong?

It escalates anything outside its confidence threshold to you (text or email). Hot leads go straight to your phone. The AI never lies and never invents pricing — if it doesn't know, it asks the customer to wait for a human.

Do I have to provide my own ad budget on the Ads tier?

Yes. We manage the campaigns, but you fund the ad spend (paid directly to Facebook, Instagram, and Google). We recommend at least $250/mo to get meaningful learning. The $125/mo we charge is the management fee for the AI ad system + creative + reporting.

Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?

Yes. No contracts. Cancel or downgrade with 7 days' notice. Your content calendar and assets are yours to keep.

What about LinkedIn, TikTok, or Google Business Profile?

LinkedIn and Google Business Profile are +$15/mo add-ons on any tier. TikTok is on the roadmap (Q2). YouTube Shorts is custom-quoted.
